Use the same email address that created the watch. Requests affect Sweater Watch only—not Ticket Watch, Substack, or another SLC Puck service.

Requests are reviewed and applied as promptly as practical and no later than 10 business days. Cancellation and deletion requests are not treated as new marketing consent.

Want different preferences instead?

Create a new Sweater Watch with the same email address. The newest valid watch request becomes the active preference set after processing.
